Kangean is one of the islands of the Archipelago Kangean. The extent of 430 km2, and its highest point reaches 390 meters above sea level. Kangean is the largest island in the cluster Kangean Islands, and became the most significant islands in the region. Administratively, the island is located in the Sumenep, East Java, Indonesia and is a sub-district.
